Your FD details are available on PurnPay app under Fixed deposit page. You can also view the details by logging into Axis Bank mobile banking app.
Don't worry, in the unlikely event where your money has been deducted, however you Fixed deposit has not been created, a refund is initiated by Axis Bank within one working day. If you believe you have still not received the funds, you may contact Axis Bank call center to know the status of your refund.
Yes, you can withdraw the complete amount or can break the FD partially using PurnPay app.
You can make the Fixed Deposit again. If any money was deducted for your previous transaction, the same will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
Axis Bank will credit the money directly into your Bank account (which you had provided when you created the Fixed Deposit). If you believe that the you have still not received the funds post this period, please raise a query to us so that we can help you. You can alternately also contact Axis Bank Customer Service.
You can check your latest balance by clicking on FD product on the app. Once you click on Refresh balance, you will be prompted to enter APIN (Axis PIN). If you have not set your APIN yet, or have forgotten it, you will be guided on the screen to set it to view your balance.
Currently we do not offer more than one Fixed Deposit per customer. Keep watching this space for more, we are in the process of rolling out more options for you.
An FD receipt has been sent to your registered email Id. You can also resend the same by visiting FD product on the app.
There are no charges for making Fixed Deposit through PurnPay.
Redemption of the Fixed deposit is available under the Fixed deposit product on PurnPay app. You can do partial as well as full withdrawal.
