You can complete your Minimum KYC on PurnPay App or Website as per the steps below :
1. On the PurnPay App homepage, Click on the Profile icon on the top left corner. In the 'More' section, click on 'KYC Details' and submit name and number details of as per any Officially Valid Document.
2. Visit the PurnPay website at https://www.PurnPay.in/ . In the Profile section on the top top right corner, click on 'KYC Details' and submit name and number details of as per any Officially Valid Document.
Accepted Officially Valid Documents (OVD) like Pan Card, Driving License, Passport etc. are subject to change from time to time as per RBI Master Directions.
You have to do your Re KYC of your Axis Bank Account, which can be done by following process:
Visiting the Branch and completing your Re KYC
Go to the Axis Bank App - Services - Others - Inst Services - Re KYC or Confirm KYC details
The changes on your wallet would be reflected in 10 working days.
Full KYC involves submission of a valid Proof of Identity & Proof of Address with in-person verification. On successful completion, you will be offered PurnPay Wallet with enhanced limits & other features.
For Customers who are eligible for Full KYC upgrade, PAN verification and OTP consent is required to upgrade the Wallet.
You will receive an OTP from Axis Bank on your Axis Bank registered Mobile Number. Mobile Number on PurnPay and Axis Bank has to be same. Otherwise, you will be required to update Mobile Number either in PurnPay or Axis Bank and retry.
Get your Full KYC done and enjoy a higher limit of INR 1,00,000 on your Wallet.
You are eligible for upgrade to Full KYC, as your KYC is available with Axis Bank. PurnPay Wallet is issued by Axis Bank and your existing KYC details can be used for upgrading your Wallet from Minimum KYC Wallet to a Full KYC Wallet.
Typically, Full KYC involves submission of valid ID and Address Proof with In-person verification. As your KYC is already complete, you can upgrade instantly from App or Website.
Full KYC failure may occur due to multiple reasons, like incorrect document submission or certain details mismatch.The reason of Failure would be mentioned in the App and you would be educated whether a revisit is required or not.You can revisit to complete your Full KYC.
No. As per RBI’s PPI Guidelines, you can continue enjoying the benefits of your Minimum KYC Wallet without the requirement of Upgrading to Full KYC.
Every Bank has a Re KYC date when the date is surpassed, credit into your account freezes, same is the case with PurnPay Wallet. (Your Re KYC of your Axis Bank account is linked to your wallet).
KYC for PurnPay Wallet has no impact on your PurnPay Account/Login. You will be able to login to PurnPay account and use all Payment methods on PurnPay, and on your favorite Stores, Apps & Websites, where PurnPay is accepted.
