About PurnPay Wallet Account :
As per RBI guidelines, your PurnPay account limits would be based on your KYC effective from February 26, 2018 as below : Any of your officially valid document number and self-declared name as in the document is required as KYC details. Applicable documents accepted as KYC are - - Pan card - Voter Id - Passport If you provide the KYC details, following limits apply on PurnPay Wallet (Minimum KYC) - Balance Limit of INR 5,000 (Point in time balance) - Can add up to INR 5,000 in your Wallet in a month - Can add up to INR 50,000 in your Wallet cumulatively in a financial year - Can spend up to INR 5,000 from your Wallet in a month - If you are a Full KYC customer of axis Bank, you may be eligible to upgrade your PurnPay Wallet to Full KYC. -Under Full KYC: Now, enjoy a higher limit of INR 1,00,000 on your Wallet. Your current PurnPay balance is safe and you can continue using it as before.

- Login in to your account using PurnPay credentials on Desktop / Laptop.
- To view all your transactions.Click at right top corner of the screen (Human Icon), then on on "MY TRANSACTIONS"
- Click on "Details" and on 'View Invoice' against the order number you want to check the invoice.
You can thereby print/save the invoice as per your need.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Go to settings. Select the Application manager, where you can see all installed applications in your phone.
2. Select the PurnPay App in that list .
3. You can see the Button named “Clear Cache” ,Click on the button .
After doing this application, cache memory will be deleted and try after few hours .

Please follow the below steps to redeem the promo codes:
1. Select your Prepaid Mobile/DTH/Prepaid Data Card/Postpaid. Note: Some promocodes are valid only on PurnPay mobile app. (Refer to the T&C)
2. Enter mobile number and respective amount. Your Operator will be selected automatically. Please confirm if these are correct. If not, you can change this from the drop-down menu shown below the number.
3. Choose your free coupons of equivalent amount on the next page. This step is Optional.
4. Enter your registered email id & password (if registered) or just follow the simple New user registration process - which takes less than 60 seconds.
5. Select "I have a freefund/promocode", enter the code & click on "Redeem Now". You will be shown a message whether the code is applied successfully or not.
6. Pay the transaction amount online via Debit Card/Credit Card to complete the transaction instantly.
Please follow the below steps to redeem the freefund codes:
1. Download the PurnPay App on your smartphone; Android, Windows and iOS.
2. Login to your account and if you are new to PurnPay, register with your email id or login with your Facebook or Google+ account.
3. Go to the "Add/Withdraw" section from the top-right corner of App or click "Add Money" section from the top-right corner on desktop/laptop and select "Freefund" or "I have freefund code".
4. Enter the code sent by us and click Apply/Redeem Now. The amount will be added to your PurnPay Balance immediately.
5. The option to pay using PurnPay Balance for your recharges will be automatically shown to you on the payments page.
