To add money to your account, Login to your PurnPay account Click on ‘Add / Withdraw’ option in App & in web click on ‘Add money’ button Enter the amount Choose the payment option Complete the transaction
Please be rest assued! This issue may occur because of the following reason: The bank debits the amount from the customer and sometimes is not able to update the payment platform immediately. In this case, it is advisable to wait for sometime, in case the fulfillment is after a day.
Incase of Poor internet connectivity while transacting, PurnPay does reconciliation with the banks and we roll back the money to customer's account. Usually, it take 5 to 7 business days for the money to reflected in your account depending on the bank. But the request is made to the concerned bank usually in a day. Withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other PurnPay account holders shall be available only for Full KYC users.
Please visit the Wallet section on PurnPay App or Website to access the Withdraw Functionality. Simply enter the amount you want to withdraw from your wallet, add Bank Account details to which the amount is to be credited and enter OTP received on your registered number. The amount will get credited to your Bank Account within minutes.

The possible reasons for this could be : - The issuer bank's network was down- Your internet connectivity got disrupted- You have already added INR 5,000 in your Wallet (Monthly Load Limit)- You have already spent INR 5,000 from your Wallet (Monthly Debit Limit)- Your Wallet has become Inactive as you may not have used Wallet (Add Money or Spent Money) for more than a year- Your bank account didn't have sufficient balance
1. Please check your KYC status in Account Profile Section. Withdrawal to bank account is available only to Full-KYC users.
2. Please check the amount entered by you is greater than Rs.100.
