You need to return an empty cylinder in exchange for the delivery of a new one. Your gas distributor will reschedule the delivery in case you donot have an empty cylinder. Contact your LPG distributor or gas provider for assistance.

How do I pay for my cylinder booking?

You can now book your gas cylinder through Bharat Gas and Indane on PurnPay. Steps are as below:

1. Tap Book a Cylinder in the New Payments section. (Android only)

2. Select your gas provider.

3. Enter your registered mobile number.

4. The amount to be paid will be fetched.

5. Select the payment mode and tap Make Payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive a BBPS reference no. on your screen. You can use this BBPS reference no. to track your booking or contact your agency for resolving delivery related queries.

Why is my LPG distributor refusing to acknowledge my booking?

As proof of your booking, provide the BBPS reference no. to your agency. You can check the transaction confirmation screen or My Transactions on the PurnPay website/app for the same. If the booking is still not being acknowledged, contact your gas provider for assistance.

Can I cancel my cylinder booking?

Once you make a cylinder booking, it cannot be cancelled. For any further assistance contact your distributor/ agency or gas provider.

When will I receive my gas cylinder and what if I have issues with the delivery?

Once you have paid for your LPG cylinder booking on PurnPay, it takes upto 7 days for the cylinder to get delivered. For further details on the delivery date, please contact your LPG distributor/agency.
